The Causeway Bay Tin Hau Temple faces to northeast which is uncommon in the traditional Chinese architecture design (in most case, Chinese architectures face to south instead of north). In the special case, the temple has the mountain (i.e., the Fortress Hill) at its back; and, faces to the Victoria Harbor. According to the Chinese Fengshui, its design can bring more fortune, so the Tai built in that way.

Tip: Nowadays, the houses in Hong Kong or China which face to south/ south-east or the sea can be sold in a better price in the housing market.
